We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Rolling Stones Official Store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
